Wake Up with Awareness – Yoga

Wake up your body and mind, with an enlivening morning yoga practice. We will follow the pattern of setting intention, practicing with awareness, and sending a dedication at the end. Then we can see how we move from the mat into our daily lives, with compassion and wisdom. Each class is one hour long, so that you can get to work on time too. February four class cost - R360
