I offer a range of services to support you in developing, and deepening, your moving and sitting meditation practice. I am also committed to offering bursary places to ensure that everyone who wishes to access these teachings is able to.

Yoga Teacher Training

  • I have worked with Johannesburg's top yoga studios to support their RYT200 teacher-training programmes, since 2011.

  • These include Melanie Castleman Yoga, Yoga Works, Yoga Warrior, Yoga Lova and Africa Yoga.
